I think it is fair to say that the last decade has seen us all moving away from each other in a way that I have not seen in my lifetime. Obviously, some things need to get called out – I’m not at all saying that we shouldn’t be doing that. But, I also think that there is a place for coming together, listening, finding our common humanity, and prioritizing our community and decency before the one liner or taking someone down.
