Red House Records

Red House Records was launched in St Paul, MN in1983 by the late Bob Feldman originally to put out albums by singer / songwriter Greg Brown.  The imprint quickly expanded to include some of the most seminal names in folk music including John Gorka, Jorma Kaukonen, Eliza Gilkyson, Lucy Kaplansky, Robin and Linda Williams and many more.  Over the years, the now iconic folk and roots label has received multiple indie music awards, GRAMMY nominations and a 1995 GRAMMY award for Ramblin’ Jack Elliot’s album, South Coast.  In recent years Red House has become a beacon for roots-Americana with the release of music from The Wailin’ Jennys, The Mastersons, Larry Campbell and Theresa Williams, and David Bromberg.
