Premiere delivers the full excitement generated by Kornog’s first American tour. This Celtic band from Brittany, France (“The bit that sticks out!") provides a compelling combination of Breton dance tunes on fiddle, flute, guitar, bombarde, and a singing Scotsman in ex-Battlefield Band member Jamie MacMenemy. The songs tell stories; the tunes are simultaneously haunting and uplifting. All this energy has been captured “live” on their Green Linnet debut album.
